Pastor Jorge Ovando is a wonderful man of God. He specializes in setting people free. His church has a school and he is looking for a North American missions team who would like to help build an additional five classrooms. While present in his country I visited many churches, including that of his twin brother in Buenos Aries. Many responded to the altar call with a number receiving Jesus Christ as their Savior, similar to those in this picture.
